Good and clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly people

The room was always clean

Service excellent, breakfast excellent. But most of all the staff... very friendly, helpfull, service-oriented.

The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The staff was helpful and supportive. The best hotel employee was Vivienne who was really nice and supportive. The breakfast is not buffet but they give you an option for eggs your way or other Colombian dishes as usual in Colombia along with fruits. Breakfast is dedicated to Colombians and not expats as usual in Colombia. The area is safe with good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. However it's not recommended to walk alone at night unless in a group as a common practice in Colombia.
